Reformer

Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine called a reformer to perform controlled exercises that improve strength, flexibility, and posture. At the studio, we offer a variety of classes designed to please different needs and fitness levels, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Barre

A barre class is a popular fitness workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Participants use a stationary ballet barre for support while performing a series of low-impact, high-repetition exercises that target various muscle groups, especially the legs, core, and glutes muscles. These classes typically emphasize balance, flexibility, and muscle toning, making it a fun and effective way to achieve a long, lean physique.
