  • If it is your first time doiWg reformer Pilates, we highly suggest starting with a private class or a level 1 group class.

    We welcome individuals of all fitness levels and we will make sure you progress at your own pace.

  • Wear clothes that you are comfortable working out in.

    Bring a water bottle—you’ll be able to fill it up with fresh filtered water when you come in.

    Jewelry is not a good idea

    We have all the props needed and mats at the studio.

    Feel free to bring your own towel or grab a clean one at the studio for free.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to your class. Try your best to be on time!

  • If a class is fully booked, don't worry, you can join the waitlist. Up to 2 hours before the class begins, students on the waitlist will be automatically added if spots become available.



    Make sure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend the class.

  • Yes! Please share with your teacher prior to class that you are pre/post natal so we can best best assist you.

    During your first trimester, no modifications are necessary. However, as you progress into your second or third trimester, make sure you chose the necessary modifications for you.

    If you desire additional personalized attention or modifications, we suggest you book a private class with one of our teachers.

  • Our priority is to provide the best environment for everyone looking to benefit from Pilates. If you have an injury, reach out to us for any inquiries or concerns. Depending on the nature of the injury, we might suggest beginning with a private class to give you the attention you need.

    Make sure to consult with your physician before considering Pilates.

    By informing your teacher about your injury before class, we will make appropriate modifications to accommodate you and make sure you benefit fully from Pilates.

  • If it’s your first, we recommend you book a private class first to get comfortable with the basics. If a group class is the vibe you’re looking for, make sure you pick a level 1 class.

    We recommend attending at least 2 classes per week but always listen to your body first.

  • Our cancellation policy requires clients to cancel appointments and/or classes at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a fee.

    For private or semi-private appointment, the full amount will be charged.

    For group classes, if you paid with a package or a single class, the credits will be lost. If you paid with an unlimited package, you will be charged 20$ for reformer classes and 15$ for barre classes.

    We understand that life happens, but we need to respect those rules to ensure the continued operation of our studio, this policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and maintain a steady flow of clients.
